Diamond Shine is a cleaning, restoration, and property-presentation company. For a PCS move we handle the house itself — cleaning it before you arrive, cleaning it after you pack out, detailing an empty home, and restoring carpet and tile where the condition supports it. We do not move, pack, store, or ship household goods, and we do not perform inspections or repairs.
Full-property cleaning after your household goods are packed out: kitchen and appliance interiors, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, interior windows where reachable, closets, and cabinets — sequenced around your pack-out and final walkthrough dates.
Cleaning the home before your household goods arrive, so surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and storage areas are reset before boxes land. Best scheduled while the home is still empty.
With no furniture in the way, we can reach the areas normally covered: full floor surfaces, inside cabinets and drawers, closet shelving, vents and fixtures within safe reach, and wall and trim wipe-downs.
A final walkthrough with you or your designated contact, plus a written record of the areas serviced so you have documentation to share at handoff.
Hot-water-extraction carpet cleaning and tile and grout restoration when the flooring condition supports improvement. We tell you honestly when wear, damage, or permanent staining will not respond.
We can coordinate access and scheduling with homeowners, Realtors, property managers, landlords, or a sponsor or spouse you designate — useful when you are still in transit or already at your next duty station.
PCS timelines are fixed. Share your pack-out date, lease-end or closing date, final walkthrough, or household-goods delivery window and we will schedule around it. Give us as much notice as you can — peak summer PCS season fills quickly, and empty-home windows are usually short.
