As Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Shine Professional Cleaning Service, Emilio leads customer experience, brand direction and the next stage of the family business. Established in San Antonio in 2017, Diamond Shine gives him a daily measure of leadership: the condition of a home, the clarity of a conversation and whether a client feels heard.
He is the person focused on what was promised, how the team prepares and how the work is followed through. His approach pairs demanding service standards with personal attention. The White Glove Standard™ is expressed through preparation, discretion, consistent workmanship and the willingness to address a concern.
A thoughtful welcome to San Antonio
Military families and veterans are central to the community Emilio wants to serve. He is developing a more coordinated approach to Permanent Change of Station (PCS) home preparation, connecting Diamond Shine’s cleaning, restoration and property-care services around a family’s arrival or departure.
The goal is practical: help prepare a home before the family arrives, coordinate approved access with its trusted contacts and reduce the time spent managing details from a distance. His work also looks at how thoughtful presentation can improve the experience of preparing San Antonio homes for photography, showings and a new owner.
Learning the language of hospitality
Emilio studies the attention to atmosphere associated with RH and the personal service associated with The Ritz-Carlton as sources of inspiration for Diamond Shine’s own approach. What interests him is how a space feels, how a guest is welcomed and how small details communicate care.
His continuing development spans business administration, finance, ethics, leadership and the relationship between thought and action. He draws ideas from the work of Jim Rohn and Napoleon Hill, follows the technology and entrepreneurship discussions surrounding Sam Altman and Elon Musk, and values the lessons in discipline and responsibility shared by service members and veterans he has met through the business. These influences inform his learning as he builds his own experience.
Building toward what comes next
Alongside Diamond Shine, Emilio is the Founder & Chief Intelligence Architect of PEGASUS, a separate Reality Operating System project in active development. Its guiding idea is “Intelligence between intention and reality”: helping people understand their circumstances, coordinate work and turn intentions into outcomes they can verify while keeping human judgment in control.
His ambition is to help people make meaningful progress toward goals that can otherwise feel years away. His interests also extend to international property ownership, renewal and the long-term care of places. Across these efforts, the question remains the same: how can better preparation, clearer decisions and thoughtful service give people more time for the lives they want to build?
